CMA Karate and Self-Defense 

City of Lynwood Karate and Self-Defense program if for youth and adults ages 6yrs and older. Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesday from 5pm - 6pm at the Avalos Center @ Burke-Ham Park.  Student will learn Discipline, Self-Control, and Self- Defense.  Student will earn their Rank, Responsibility, and Respect.
